Import a Revolut Crypto CSV

Export your Revolut crypto transactions and import them into Taxes Crypto.

Revolut allows you to export your crypto transactions in CSV format. This tutorial shows you how to retrieve your data from the Revolut app and import it into Taxes Crypto.

Important: Crypto transactions only

Export only transactions related to cryptocurrencies. Regular banking transactions (transfers, card payments) are not needed.

Open the Revolut app

Open the Revolut app on your phone or access the web version at app.revolut.com. Log in to your account.

💡 The web version offers easier access to data exports.

Go to the Crypto section

In the main menu, go to the 'Crypto' or 'Investments' section. Click on 'Statement' to access your crypto transaction history.

💡 On the web version, you can find statements in Settings > Statements.

Export your transactions

Select the desired period (full tax year recommended). Choose CSV or Excel format. Click 'Generate' or 'Download' to download the file.

💡 Make sure to select only crypto transactions, not banking transactions.

Import into Taxes Crypto

In Taxes Crypto, go to 'Platforms' > 'Add a platform'. Select Revolut, then 'CSV Import'. Upload your file. The Revolut format is automatically detected.

💡 Taxes Crypto handles the specifics of the Revolut format (purchases, sales, conversions).

Review and generate your report

Review the imported transactions and make sure everything matches your Revolut history. Run the capital gains calculation to get your tax report.

💡 Revolut transaction fees are automatically taken into account in the calculation.
